Wayne Fraser brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the bauxite, petroleum and construction industries to West Indies Petroleum. Known for his strong leadership skills, he has successfully managed large teams and complex operations throughout his career.
At previous positions, Wayne spearheaded critical logistics for fuels, chemicals, and lubricants, ensuring seamless supply chain operations. His leadership also encompassed comprehensive facilities management, project management and logistics, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and guiding health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives. He has played pivotal roles in major government and private sector projects.
Wayne holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and has received extensive training in supervisory management, project management, health, environment, and safety, which further enhanced his professional capabilities. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending quality time with his family, is an avid football and cricket fan and also values community engagement.
