Dianna Fraser-Campbell
GROUP HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
A graduate of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Madrid, Spain and the Florida International University, Dianna Fraser Campbell holds a Diploma in Hispanic Studies, as well an MBA in Business Administration, Florida University, Jamaica Campus. She is a certified translator trained at the Estudio Sampere Internacional, Spain and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
On her return to Jamaica, Dianna joined Air Jamaica in the role of Customer Service Agent and was soon thereafter selected as a management trainee under the direction of the late Dr. Simon Clarke. In 2000 she assumed the position of acting Tariff Manager, Air Jamaica. After the change in Management at Air Jamaica, Dianna joined Air Jamaica Express in the position of Commercial Director with responsibility for sales and marketing, human resource and administration and operations. In the advent of the airline’s expansion into the Caribbean, she assumed the oversight of the operations of Eastern Caribbean Express, a subsidiary of Air Jamaica Express based in St. Lucia.
Upon the departure of the then Managing Director, she was promoted to General Manager, Air Jamaica Express.
After the closure of the airline, Dianna joined the Ministry of Transport, Housing, Water and Works in 2005 as the head of the secretariat of the Western Hemisphere Transport Initiative working with the representatives in the Ministry of Transport throughout the Caribbean region and the Americas to focus on transportation infrastructure, road safety and maritime safety and security.
In 2007 Dianna was appointed Director Administration/ Company Secretary for the Tourism Enhancement Fund, a unit in the Ministry of Tourism. In this capacity she was responsible for human resources and administration and the planning of all Board and Sub-Committee meetings with responsibility of arranging and steering the meetings.
In 2011, she joined the Jamaica Observer in the capacity of Director, Human Resources and Administration and was soon promoted to Director, Human Resources and Administration, ATL Industrial Group with over 800 employees.
Upon her departure from the Jamaica Observer in 2020, Dianna joined West Indies Petroleum Limited on August 9, 2021 in the capacity of Group Human Resource Manager.
She is married to Clive Campbell.
